At WeeBookie, we offer digital products in the form of webinars, workshops, and courses. Since our services are entirely online, there is no physical shipping or delivery involved.

1. Digital Access

• After a successful payment through Razorpay, users will receive an email confirmation with access details.

• If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@weebookie.com

2. Delivery Timelines

• Live Webinars & Workshops: Access details will be provided via email before the scheduled event.

• Courses: Immediate access is granted after successful payment.

3. Non-Delivery Issues

• If an email is not received due to a system error on our end, users may request assistance.

• Refunds are only applicable if the user does not receive access due to our mistake (see our Refund Policy for details).
